About this course

Free Level 2 Understanding Specific Learning Difficulties Course. Work-based training at your workplace. You study while you're in a role where you work with or support people who have specific learning difficulties. The course covers a range of conditions including ADHD and autism, and builds your practical knowledge of how to support individuals effectively. It takes around 8 weeks to complete. You'll need to be aged 19 or over. An initial assessment at the start helps make sure this is the right level for you.

Who this course is for

This free course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to better understand a range of different learning difficulties (such as ADHD and autism) and know how to support individuals presenting learning difficulties.

The course is ideal if you’re working (or want to work) within an environment where you’ll be interacting with individuals that have specific learning difficulties and you want to build your skills to better support those presenting learning difficulties.

Our expert and award winning team will be on hand to help you every step of the way to successfully achieve the qualification (we were named the Education & Childcare Apprenticeship Provider of the Year 2019).
