This fully funded Skills Bootcamp is designed for adults aged 19 and over living in Essex who are interested in starting a career in retrofit, building insulation, energy efficiency or construction. No previous construction experience is required. Learners will gain practical skills, recognised NOCN qualifications, CSCS Green Card support and access to employer interviews and employment opportunities.
