About this course

Level 2 Skills for Business Course in Eastbourne. Classes run at East Sussex College Eastbourne Campus, full-time during the day.

The course covers a broad range of business topics over one year. You'll study business ownership, market research, marketing and promotion, finance, cash flow, and legal requirements. You'll also work through creating a business plan and explore how businesses start up and grow. Assessment is through a portfolio of evidence built across each unit.

To join, you'll need at least four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English or maths at grade 3. You'll finish with an NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Skills for Business.

Who this course is for

Our Level 2 Business course provides you with a brilliant introduction to the world of business. You will explore business start-ups and learn more about business models during each stage of the process. You will also gain knowledge of business ownership, marketing, promotion, finance, business resources and legal requirements.

Entry requirements

Minimum four grade 3-9 at GCSE or successful completion of the Level 1 course, and English or maths at grade 3.
