Entry requirements

4 GCSEs at grades 9 - 3/A* - D (English and maths desirable) or a Level 1 qualification.

How you will learn

Assessment combines practical tasks, where you demonstrate carpentry skills directly, with knowledge-based assessments covering underpinning theory. You'll build a portfolio of evidence throughout the course. Your tutor will observe your work and sign off competencies as you progress through the units.
