Free Level 2 Safeguarding Course in Derby. Classes run at Derby College Hudson Building, part-time during the day. The course runs over 26 weeks and covers four units: the principles of safeguarding, the Prevent duty, online safety, and British Values. You'll need a good level of English, both reading and written, to join. You'll study through an elearning platform, working through four units at a manageable pace. A personal tutor is assigned to support you throughout the course. Assessment is completed online via the elearning platform. You'll need access to a laptop and the internet to take part.
