Level 2 Music Course in London. Classes run at Access Creative College London, full-time during the day. Tuition is free if you're 16 to 18 years old. If you're 19 or over, fees may apply. You'll need three or more GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English, to join. The course runs over 36 weeks and covers music production, performance, and audio work across a range of popular music styles. Projects are built around real recordings and live showcases.
Who this course is for
This course is for producers and aspiring sound engineers who want to gain further skills for work at Level 3 (A Level standard).
Ideal for school leavers aged 16+. We work with producers, musicians, composers, DJs, audio technicians etc.
For producers into creating and performing any style of popular music, from house and trance to dubstep and drum 'n' bass.
Based around real-world projects with opportunities to record and showcase your work. There are opportunities to play out at events and club nights. Our students can also get involved in industry showcases, such as the Island Records talent showcase.
Designed to give you more than music in that you will also gain valuable job skills and life skills.
Linked to nationally-recognised music qualifications.

Entry requirements
Three or more GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English (Language or Literature).

How you will learn
You'll learn through project-based work in the classroom, combining practical sessions with creative assignments. Assessment is through coursework, recorded projects, and live performances. You'll have opportunities to record in a studio environment and present your work at showcases. Teaching is delivered face-to-face at the college, full-time across the week.
