Free Level 2 Mental Health First Aid Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, making it easy to fit around work, family, or other commitments. Over 12 weeks, you'll build a solid understanding of mental health conditions, mental health first aid principles, and how to support colleagues in the workplace. Three units cover exploring mental health, supporting individuals with mental ill health, and creating a mentally healthy environment. This is an NCFE-assessed qualification.

How you will learn
The course is delivered entirely online. You'll complete three mandatory units through self-paced study. Assessment is internal: you'll demonstrate your understanding of each unit's content through written tasks. NCFE externally quality-assures the assessment to make sure the standard is consistent. There are no exams.
