Free Level 2 Maths Course in Catterick Garrison. Evening maths classes run at Catterick Library & Information Centre, so you can fit study around work or other commitments. You'll have an initial assessment to confirm this is the right level for you. The course covers maths skills without a formal exam, taking around 55 hours part-time. This free maths course for adults is open to those who do not already hold a Level 2 or higher maths qualification.

This course is for people who want to improve their Maths skills and gain a qualification in Maths without having to take an exam.You must not have a current level 2 or higher qualification.
Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice, further eligibility may be linked to where you live and we will check that at

You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at Catterick Library & Information Centre. Assessment is portfolio-based rather than by exam, so you demonstrate your skills through practical tasks and coursework completed during the course. Your tutor will guide you through each topic and support you in building your portfolio.
