You will need 4 GCSEs at grade 2, 3 or higher to include English and mathematics and a Level 1 construction qualification and a satisfactory educational reference will need to be received. Mature applicants with relevant, related experience are also welcome to apply. Applicants without formal construction qualifications will be asked to take part in a practical skills assessment at interview. You will be required to complete a work placement within the industry.
