About this course

Free Level 2 ICT Systems Support Course in Birmingham. Evening classes run at South & City College Birmingham Digbeth Campus, so you can fit study around work or other commitments. You'll cover customer support, installation and configuration of networked devices and operating systems, network infrastructure design, and the testing and monitoring of networked equipment. The course also includes network operating systems, servers, and clients. Entry requires four GCSEs at Grade 3 or above (preferably including English and maths), or a Level 2 in an IT-related qualification. All applicants are interviewed. The course runs for one year part-time.
