This course covers the basic training requirements of the Approved Code of Practice for Rider-Operated Lift Trucks. It will provide the candidate with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to prepare and operate a forklift or telehandler. The course covers * The preparation and operation of the machine * Pre use maintenance and safety checks * Recognition of controls and instruments * Operating the machine.
