Free Level 2 Health and Social Care Course in Manchester. Classes run at Whalley Range Sixth Form. This full-time, daytime health and social care course takes one year to complete. You'll study topics covering human development, care values, and working in health and social care settings. The level 2 health and social care qualification also opens routes into higher education, including nursing, social work, and childhood studies. Entry requires fewer than 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4, with at least one grade 4 in a subject other than Maths or English, and a minimum grade 2 in both Maths and English Language.

Some units are assessed through timed written tasks.
