Free Level 2 Hairdressing Course in Rotherham. Classes run at Rotherham College. This is a full-time, daytime hairdressing qualification, studied over one year. You'll cover the core skills of professional hairdressing: cutting, colouring, styling, and client care. The level 2 hairdressing classes combine practical salon work with underpinning knowledge, so you graduate ready to work in a salon environment. You'll have an initial assessment to make sure this is the right level for you.

How you will learn
You'll learn through hands-on practical sessions in a salon environment alongside classroom-based theory. Assessment includes practical observations, where an assessor watches you carry out hairdressing tasks to the required standard, and written or online knowledge assessments. You'll build a portfolio of evidence as you progress through the course.
