You will learn both the practical and theory elements in all aspects of makeup including: the application of creative, fashion and photographic makeups, an introduction to the foundations of special effects, body art design, lash & brow treatment, individual lash application, the art of dressing short and long hair, basic hair colouring techniques and creating a fashion image based on a theme As part of this course, you will also be required to work on English and Maths and complete an industry placement, if in age group 16-18 as this will increase your job opportunities or progression on to higher education.
