Free Level 2 Functional Skills Maths Course in Northwich. Classes run at Greenbank School. This course is for students at Greenbank School who hold an EHCP and a diagnosis of Autism. It teaches you to apply maths skills practically, building on Key Stage 4 learning to support your transition into adulthood. A level 2 functional skills maths qualification is the recognised GCSE maths equivalent, accepted by employers and colleges in place of GCSE Maths. The course runs full-time over 18 months.

How you will learn

Assessment is by an externally set and marked written test. There is no coursework or controlled assessment portfolio. The test covers both mathematical skills and the ability to apply mathematical thinking to solve problems.
