This course is for anyone aged 19 or over, whose first language is not English. You will need to provide ID such as a passport, a National Insurance number and we will need to ask you about your residency in the UK.

How you will learn
Classes are classroom based, with speaking and listening activities at the centre. You'll be assessed through observed tasks and spoken activities that reflect real-life communication. Your tutor will assess how well you can speak and listen in English across a range of situations. There is no written exam for this Award.
