Free Level 2 ESOL Skills for Life: Speaking and Listening in Northallerton. Classes run at Richmond Adult Learning and Skills Service on evenings, so you can fit study around your week. This course is for anyone aged 19 or over, whose first language is not English. You will need to provide ID such as a passport, a National Insurance number and we will need to ask you about your residency in the UK.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at Richmond Adult Learning and Skills Service. Teaching covers speaking and listening activities, including discussions, role-play, and listening exercises. Assessment for the City and Guilds Level 2 Award is through observed speaking and listening tasks, where an assessor evaluates your performance against set criteria. There is no written exam for this qualification.
