About this course

Free Level 2 Counselling Course in Redditch. Evening classes run at Heart of Worcestershire College Redditch Campus on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 9pm. The course runs for 30 weeks over one year. You'll develop core listening and communication skills used across counselling, support work, health, and education settings. There are no formal entry requirements, though you'll complete a short written piece during enrolment so the college can review your literacy. This level 2 counselling qualification does not qualify you to practise as a counsellor, but it is the recognised first step for anyone training toward that goal.

Who this course is for

Do you want to become a counsellor? Are you a good listener? Are you caring, compassionate and keen to help others? If the answer is yes, then this course could be the perfect choice for you.
