Free Level 2 Computer Course in Bury. Evening computer classes run at Bury Adult Learning Centre, so you can fit study around work or other commitments. No entry requirements apply. You'll build on your existing IT knowledge and develop the skills needed for office, customer service, and business support roles. The course runs over 40 weeks part-time.

"You will build on your existing knowledge and develop the skills needed to work in an office, customer service, or business support role. This qualification is recognised by employers in the UK and internationally, including organisations like the NHS and local councils.

We are the only adult learning provider in Bury where you can study ICDL, and one of the few places in the North West offering this recognised qualification.

What will I learn? By the end of the course, you will be able to: Create clear and professional documents using Microsoft Word Use features such as tables, images, layouts, and formatting tools Enter and organise data in spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Use simple formulas and tools to analyse and present data Create and present slideshows using presentation software Plan and use IT tools for different tasks Work more efficiently using digital systems Review and improve your work using IT

What skills will I develop? You will also build important workplace skills, including: Confidence using computers Organisation and time management Attention to detail Problem-solving Communication Working independently

What qualification will I achieve? You will work towards the: ICDL Level 2 qualification, awarded by BCS - The Chartered Institute for IT
