Free Level 2 Cabin Crew Course in Hammersmith and Fulham. Classes run at Hammersmith and Fulham College, part-time during the day. The course runs over 5 months and covers the knowledge and practical skills needed to work as cabin crew. You'll study passenger announcements, emergency procedures, health and safety, selling techniques, and teamwork. Practical sessions take place in replica environments including an airline cabin and check-in area. Entry requirements apply, including some customer service experience.

We recommend that you have: At least two GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths or Functional Skills in English at Entry Level 3 (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening - yourcertificate must confirm all three have been achieved) and Functional Skills in Maths at Entry Level3 Intermediate level IT skills A minimum of 3 months' recent customer service experience, including voluntary work We will check that the course is right for you at enrolment.
