Free Level 2 Bricklaying Course in Birkenhead. Classes run at Wirral Waters, daytime, over one year. This free bricklaying course for adults is funded by the government if you don't already hold a full Level 3 qualification. You'll cover brickwork techniques, health and safety, storing materials, reading construction drawings, calculating quantities, and thin joint masonry. The course mixes practical work with theory, so you build hands-on skills alongside underpinning knowledge. Entry requires four GCSEs at Grade 3 or above, including Maths or English at Grade 3 (or Functional Skills Level 1).

Entry requirements
You will need 4 GCSE's at Grade 3 or above. One of the 4 GCSE's to be Maths or English at Grade 3 (or Functional Skill level 1) to study at this level. If you have a beginner/Introductory qualification in the subject you want to study and a maths or English GCSE at Grade 3 (or Functional Skill level 1) you can study at this level.
