Free Level 2 Beauty Therapy Course in Tonbridge. Classes run at North Kent College Tonbridge, full-time during the day. You'll spend at least three sessions a week in the college's beauty salons, including one late-night session until 8.30pm, building hands-on technical skills alongside classroom learning. Who this course is for
The Level 2 VRQ Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy aims to provide you with a range of essential technical and practical skills and knowledge, which will equip you to seek employment or further training within the Beauty Industry. As part of your continued training, you will spend a minimum of 3 sessions a week in our well equipped beauty salons which includes one late night until 8.30pm. in our well equipped beauty salons. You will be taught by experienced vocational lecturers who have worked, or are currently working, in the Beauty Therapy Industry and they therefore have a wide and current experience of the industries needs and trends.

How you will learn
You'll learn through a mix of classroom sessions and practical work in the college's beauty salons. Assessment is through practical observations, where you demonstrate treatments on clients, and written or knowledge-based assessments covering the theory behind each treatment. You'll complete a minimum of three salon sessions per week, including one evening session, giving you regular hands-on practice throughout the year.
