How you will learn

Classes are hands-on and practical throughout. A theory session takes place in Week 1, with revision resources available via Google Classroom. You'll receive 1:1 feedback on drink preparation and production during the course. A full mock assessment gives you the chance to practise before your final assessments: a 7-drink practical covering preparation and presentation, and a 20-question short answer theory paper.
