This is a free plastering course for adults, with separate classes available for younger learners.

Who this course is for

This one-year qualification is for you if you are looking to start a career in the construction sector and learn a trade as a plasterer. There are separate classes for 16-18 year olds and for adults. State-of-the-art workshops, equipped with professional quality tools, means that you will be learning in an environment which simulates a real-life building site.

Entry requirements

There are no entry requirements other than an interest in learning more about construction with a view to working in the industry.

16-19 year old learners are also required to attend English and maths lessons, either as a Functional Skill or GCSE, unless they are exempt and have previously attained a GCSE grade 4 and above.
