Or 19-24 with an Education, Health Care Plan, have evidence that you legally reside in the UK, are you a school leaver who didnt quite get the grades when you left school at or before year 11 or sixth form or college? No matter how well you did prior, we can help you get where you want to be on a CTS Study Programme to help you gain the qualifications & confidence you may need for the future.
What you will learn

You'll learn how to present yourself to employers, including CV writing and interview preparation.
You'll explore how to set personal goals and manage your own learning.
You'll build awareness of workplace rights and responsibilities.
You'll identify job roles and sectors that match your skills and interests.
How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at CTS Training Sheffield, with flexible daytime attendance. Learning is hands-on and practical, using group activities, discussions, and guided tasks. You'll be assessed through coursework and portfolio evidence built up over the course. There are no formal written exams.
