Support the preparation and provision of feed for small animals, help promote the health and welfare of animals, contribute to daily care and management of animals, assist with safe handling, movement and housing of animals and understanding the fundamental principles of animal care
Entry requirements
Students must have 3 GCSEs grade 1 -2 including English or Maths or equivalent Entry Level 3 qualification along with a keen interest in the subject. Some practical knowledge of small animal care is desirable.
