This Into Employment Programme is a 4 week introductory course into becoming a teaching assistant or working within a school role. These courses are linked to local employers, with guaranteed interviews after successful completion. A career as a teaching assistant is both fulfilling and rewarding. This role allows you to concentrate on individual students or small groups, assisting them in reaching their goals. By providing support to students as they overcome challenges and enhance their skills, you get to celebrate their successes when they reach their full potential.
Entry requirements
Must be working at level 1 in English and Maths. The college will do a BKSB assessment with individuals.
