About this course

Free Level 1 Early Years Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your other commitments. It covers the basics of working in early years settings, giving you a grounding in how childcare environments operate. The course typically takes 6 months. A free early years course for adults aged 19 and over, funded subject to eligibility.

This course is suited for individuals who wish to pursue a career into Early Years.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.
