During this course, you will use key concepts to explore a range of interpersonal and counselling skills. You will develop your listening and communication, knowledge of self-development, and an understanding of how prejudices and value judgments impact our everyday lives. You have to be 19 or over at the start of the academic year. This course is a pre-requisite of the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
