This full-time daytime course covers painting and decorating fundamentals, including surface preparation, applying paint by brush and roller, and hanging wallpaper. You'll also study health and safety, access equipment, and decorative finishes in a purpose-built workshop. The course runs for one year. An initial assessment checks that the level is right for you and that you can work toward Level 1 English and maths alongside your training.
