Level 1 Certificate in Professional Food and Beverage Service in Rugby. Classes run at Rugby College, full-time during the day. If you're under 19 years old, tuition is free. How you will learn

You'll learn through classroom sessions and practical activities at Rugby College. Assessment is through a combination of practical observations, where an assessor watches you carry out service tasks, and written or knowledge-based assessments. You'll be assessed on your ability to perform service skills to a professional standard as well as your understanding of food and beverage products and hospitality procedures.
