If you want a career in farming and prefer learning through real farm activity this course follows the agricultural calendar. You will build confidence through hands-on work with livestock crops and machinery while developing the employability skills needed for progression to Level 2 or an apprenticeship.

Entry requirements for external applicants and school leavers
Two or more GCSEs at Grade 2 or above, or successful completion of an Entry Level qualification.
Learners with relevant industry experience but no GCSEs at Grade 2 may be considered based on interview. For some courses this may include GCSE English or maths grade 2 or equivalent.
