Free Level 1 Basic Construction Skills in Havering. Classes run at Specialist Trade Courses. This two-week, full-time daytime course gives you a hands-on introduction to plumbing within the construction industry. You'll work practically throughout, building the foundation knowledge you need to move into higher-level construction training. The level 1 basic construction skills qualification is a strong starting point if you're new to the trade. Funding is available for learners aged 19 and over who are currently claiming JSA, ESA, or Universal Credit.
Who this course is for
This is a 2 week hands on practical course. The NOCN Level 1 Award and Certificate in Basic Construction Skills is designed to offer an introduction to Plumbing within the construction industry and will prepare learners to progress to higher level related qualifications in the construction sector. These qualifications are designed for those seeking an introductory route into the construction industry.. Our delivery is tailored to your current knowledge and experience. We also invite anyone interested in joining one of our courses to visit us beforehand to see our centre in action first hand.
