What you could study next
Once you hold the Level 2 Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics, you could move on to a GCSE Maths resit if you want a graded qualification for university entry. Alternatively, a Level 3 qualification in your chosen field, such as a BTEC, Access to Higher Education Diploma, or vocational Level 3 Award, will often accept Functional Skills Level 2 as the maths entry requirement.
