About this course

Functional Skills English Level 1 in Bath. Classes run at Twerton Learning Centre during the day, part-time, so you can fit study around other commitments. Over the course of a year, you'll build your reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to a solid Level 1 standard. When employers ask for GCSE English or equivalent, a level 1 functional skills english qualification is a recognised step on that path. You'll have an initial assessment so the centre can confirm this is the right level and plan your learning from there.
