Entry Level ESOL Skills for Life (Speaking and Listening) Course in Redbridge. Classes run at New City College Ilford Campus, part-time during the day. The course runs over 23 weeks. You'll develop your spoken English and listening skills in everyday situations. The entry level ESOL skills for life (speaking and listening) classes are taught in a classroom, giving you regular practice with a teacher and other learners. You'll build the ability to hold conversations, follow instructions, and communicate clearly in English. This course is open to learners aged 19 or over.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom activities, group discussions, and paired speaking tasks. Assessment is through observed speaking and listening tasks, carried out by your tutor. The English Speaking Board assessment focuses on your ability to communicate in spoken English in real everyday situations. There are no written exams for this qualification.
