Learners will gain an understanding of early childhood career pathways. Each learner will apply for the course and will have individual interviews to discuss current knowledge and skills. This will enable the course tutor to ensure the learner is on the correct level for their current assessment and ensure the turor plans lessons to match their learning needs.
