How you will learn
Learning is project-based, with six projects spread across the year. Each project builds on the skills and knowledge from the one before. You'll work hands-on with animals at the farm site in Faversham. Daily sessions focus on personal development targets, broken into manageable steps and reviewed regularly. Employers are involved in some projects, and external work experience is part of the programme.
