How you will learn

You'll learn through practical, hands-on activities in the classroom and specialist college facilities. Assessment is ongoing and based on what you do and produce during the course. Your tutor will observe you completing tasks and review any work you put together. There are no formal written exams. Learning is active and task-based, making use of the college's teaching kitchen and animal care unit.
