Free Entry Level 3 Further Learning and Employment Course in Coventry. Classes run full-time during the day at Hereward College. This further learning and employment course runs over one year. It builds the communication, independence, and work-readiness skills you need to move into further study or employment. The course is funded through an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and your local authority makes the final decision on placement. You'll develop practical skills across a range of areas suited to your goals and needs.

Your progress is recorded through a portfolio of evidence built up over the year, showing what you have learned and achieved.
