Free Entry Level 3 Functional Skills Maths in March. Classes run at The March Community Centre. Sessions are part-time and daytime, so you can fit study around other commitments. Over 11 months, you'll build practical maths skills you can use at work, at home, and in everyday life. This entry level functional skills maths course covers number, measure, and handling data in real contexts. Before you start, you'll complete a short initial assessment so the course can be tailored to your level. Functional Skills Maths Level 2 is the recognised GCSE maths equivalent, and this Entry Level 3 qualification is the step that leads there.

Entry requirements
Prior to starting the course, you will be required to complete a brief initial assessment. This will help us understand your current starting point and allow us to tailor the course to meet your specific needs.

How you will learn
You'll learn in a classroom at The March Community Centre, with a tutor guiding you through practical maths tasks. Assessment is through a written test set and marked by City and Guilds. Your initial assessment at the start helps shape how the course is delivered for you.
