Free Entry Level 3 ESOL Skills for Life: Speaking and Listening in Widnes. Classes run at Kingsway Learning Centre. This course is for anyone whose first language is not English. Daytime classes run part-time over 35 weeks, giving you time to fit study around other commitments. You'll develop your spoken English and listening skills at Entry Level 3, building the confidence to communicate clearly in everyday situations, at work, and in your community. This is a recognised entry level esol skills for life speaking and listening qualification.

This course is for anyone whose first language is not English.
What you will learn
You'll speak clearly and confidently in everyday conversations in English.
You'll listen and respond to spoken English in a range of situations.
You'll follow instructions and information given verbally.
You'll ask and answer questions in formal and informal settings.
You'll take part in discussions and group conversations in English.
You'll use appropriate language for different situations, such as work or community settings.
How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based activities, including speaking and listening tasks, group discussions, and role-play exercises. Assessment is through observed spoken tasks and listening activities. Your tutor will assess your speaking and listening skills directly during class. There are no written exams for this qualification.
