Entry Level 3 Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills Course in Hillingdon. Classes run at Uxbridge College Hayes Campus, full-time during the day. Over 12 weeks, you'll develop the personal and practical skills that employers look for, including how to work as part of a team, engage with your community, and take steps toward employment. The entry level employment, teamwork and community skills qualification is aimed at 16 to 25 year olds who want to grow their confidence and broaden their experience.
Who this course is for
The team programme is for enthusiastic 16-25 year olds who would like to develop their confidence and personal skills, as well as broaden their experience and gain a nationally recognised qualification.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at Uxbridge College Hayes Campus. Learning is hands-on and practical, with activities, group work, and tasks that reflect real employment and community situations. Assessment is ongoing and based on the work you produce and take part in during the course. There are no formal written exams.
