To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice, further eligibility may be linked to where you live and we will check that at enrolment stage and may contact

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at Ripon Community House Ripon. Assessment for the City and Guilds Award is through speaking and listening tasks observed by your tutor. There is no written exam for this qualification. Your tutor will assess you on your ability to communicate in spoken English across a range of everyday topics and situations.
