The Technical Qualification is primarily aimed at post 16 year old students who wish to progress into the education and childcare sector. This qualification will equip young people with the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to enter skilled employment. The occupational specialisms are: Early Years Educator Assisting Teaching This technical qualification will support students on a range of progression routes including employment, Higher Education, University and Higher Apprenticeships
