The apprenticeship forms the basis of a successful and rewarding hairdressing career. The apprenticeship is delivered by highly skilled Tutors in our luxury training academy. All our apprentices are issued with a free starter brush and comb pack which ensures they have the basic tools to work on real models from the very beginning of their apprenticeship. Leslie Frances offers support with all aspects of the training from induction to completion, Individual Learning Plans are created for each apprentice who are also encouraged to progress at their own speed and we provide regular one to one training/assessment in the academy and in your own salon. The majority of all apprentices go on to progress to Advanced Apprenticeships or continue to work in their salon building up their own clients.
Entry requirements
Useful to have C/Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths & English as Functional Skills are part of the apprenticeship standards
