Entry requirements

Unlike a lot of college courses, you don't need an academic qualification to enrol. If, like many of our learners, you haven't studied for some time, don't be put off. You'll have all the support you need along the way.

What you will learn

  • You'll explore the core behaviours and values that underpin professional HR practice.
  • You'll study how organisations are structured and how people contribute to business performance.
  • You'll learn how to support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • You'll develop knowledge of employment law and how it applies in the workplace.
  • You'll examine how learning and development activities are planned and delivered.
  • You'll build skills in using data and evidence to inform HR decisions.

How you will learn

You'll attend evening classes at Chichester College and complete written assignments throughout the course.
