Entry requirements

This qualification is designed for learners aged 19+ who want to learn about people practice. Although there are no formal entry requirements an informal interview will be conducted to ensure that the course is suitable for you. As this is a professional qualification we recommend that you hold GCSE English and Maths. How you will learn

Classes are delivered in the classroom on weekday evenings at Abingdon and Witney College Abingdon Campus. Assessment for the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice is based on written assignments and activities set by CIPD. There are no exams. You'll apply what you learn to real HR scenarios and submit work that demonstrates your understanding of people practice.
