Free BTEC Level 3 Travel and Tourism Course in Aylesbury. Classes run full-time at The Grange School. This Pearson Edexcel level 3 btec travel and tourism qualification is equivalent in size to one A Level, making it a strong option alongside other subjects. The course runs over 15 months and covers the travel and tourism industry through four units, three of which are mandatory. You'll sit external assessments as well as completing coursework. It's designed to support progression to a wide range of higher education courses, not only in travel and tourism.

Entry requirements
You will need to have gained a minimum of five GCSEs at Level 4 - 9 including Business Studies. Consideration will be given to students who have not studied Business before however, acceptance on to the course will be at the discretion
of the Subject Leader.

How you will learn
The course combines classroom-based teaching with independent study. Assessment is a mix of external exams and internally assessed coursework. External assessment accounts for 58% of the qualification. Three of the four units are mandatory. You'll sit external assessments under timed conditions and produce coursework for internally assessed units. The Grange School also offers a tutorial programme, guest speakers, and visits to support your learning.
