Free BTEC Level 3 Sports Coaching and Development Course in Fleetwood. Classes run at Fleetwood Town Community Trust, full-time during the day. You'll need five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English Language and Maths, or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects. The course runs over two years and covers the knowledge and practical skills needed to coach and develop sport at a community level.

Entry requirements

What you will learn

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom sessions, practical coaching activities, and assignments. Assessment is through coursework, project work, and unit assignments rather than traditional exams. Some units may include practical observation of your coaching. You'll build a portfolio of evidence across the two years to demonstrate your knowledge and skills.
